Founded in 2017 as Stuart Collective, PUBLIC is a strategy lab for building public support around good ideas. Based in Portland, Oregon, we work with partners across the country to help causes, campaigns, and coalitions get more of the public on their side—quickly and effectively.

We partner with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, foundations, PACs, public agencies, and strategic consultants to move ideas into action. Our clients are high-stakes teams facing urgent challenges—narrative threats, disinformation, shifting policy landscapes, and growing opposition.
